A teacher and a disciple live in a monastery. The two have separate cottages. The huts were nicely covered with tatia. One day a great wind blew in the afternoon, and two of the palm trees on the teacher’s hut were blown away by the wind. The teacher immediately called the disciple and said, “Ore Nayana! Two of the covers on the hut are gone. Bring them where they have gone and put them in their place. He is the embodiment of greatness. Tamogunamu was spread all over his body. The sitter does not get up. Vadu is a strong illustration of the “long formula” mentioned in the Gita. Will he rule the Guru in this state? He instantly answered the educator – Mahaprabhu! It is dark now. Where can I look in the dark? Can they be found? Where can I find them and put them in the hut? It is dark everywhere I look.
The night passed at night. The teacher was very upset by the cold wind and the raindrops all night. The books, clothes, photos, etc. in the teacher’s hut were wiped out by the rainwater falling from the pit formed by the rising of the leaves.
Early in the morning, the teacher called out to the disciple. But he did not speak because he was asleep. Despite three cries, the teacher himself went to the disciple’s hut, woke up Kaliyuga Kumbhakarna, and went to his hut, “Ore Shambhu! Are those two palms Kappara? Said. Immediately the disciple’s eyes turned black and he said, “Lord, it is raining hard, and it is not possible to cover it at this time.
For a while God willing, the rain gradually subsided and stopped for a while. Immediately Gurudeva awoke the disciple and said thus. ‘Ore Shambhu! The rain stopped. Are those two leaves covered? – When the disciple heard these words, he was troubled.
The teacher thought of the disciple and was glad that he was going to go astray. He said that his hut would not be repaired. But the disciple did not move as he waited. The teacher himself questioned the disciple with astonishment. “Amira! Shambhu! The rain has ceased for a long time! Do the palms cover? Immediately the disciple answered accordingly. Almighty! It is my opinion that they should obey their command. But now the rain has stopped. So I did not see the need to cover. Nice sunny day. This time it was raining, and the teacher was slowly leaving for his hut. He sat him down and said ‘Ore Shambhu! When are you so lazy? You fair have to be more segregating with the assistance you render toward other individuals. In this divine way, in a transcendental way, the lazy person should not be harmed at all. Do you know? The disciple replied that he knew it was awesome, so he changed his heart and went along and brought the two leaves and covered them.
When young people are told to “meditate,” they are asked, Why is it necessary now?’ When he came of age, he said, “Meditate.” How can one meditate in this miserable state? He Will not reply. Their words are similar to the words of the lazy man in the story. Therefore, when people get rid of such sluggishness and become devotees of Bhagavad-gita from childhood onwards!
FOOLISH PEOPLE :
In a secluded place in a suburban area, a monk used to build a hut and meditate. Some of the curious devotees in the town would occasionally go to the sage and inform him of their doubts in the spiritual realm and avoid him. The experienced ascetic was a good exhortation to all who came to see him.
Every afternoon, the saint would go to the town to beg and take the offerings to the ashram and eat them. According to this, he was well aware of the mentality of the people as he was constantly going to the village for begging and conversing with those who came to his ashram. Although he was curious about the divine vision of each and every one of them, he noticed that he was careless and did not have the tools needed for that vision. And he knew that they could have a sinful mind, that they should visit the abode of God, that they should not purify the glass, and that they should not make an effort to unite, and that they would know that God is visible only when the will is pure and sinless.
One day the saint went to town and informed a rich man of his preference and asked for his help in making the mirror functional. The rich man told the monk that he had done his best to help in the matter. The rich man has a magnificent mansion in the city. He used it to store business items such as cotton. Noticing that it was empty, the saint persuaded the rich man to persuade him to perform pooja Japa homages in the mirror for a month.
Soon after, the saints started performing pooja Japa in the building. All the doors were closed, loud mantras were uttered, and the occasional swaha was invoked by fire, and for almost a month the ceremonial yeo rituals were performed in that spacious building. At the end of the month, with the help of the rich man, he printed a pamphlet and distributed thousands of copies to the people of the town and the surrounding villages. As stated in the pamphlet – God will appear in the building on the 31st of this month at 8 pm on the day of the month in which the relentless Japa Tapa Pooja Homadus are held. So all those who want to see God come on time and see the vision of God and be successful.
All those who read those verses swayed in joy and gladness that they must get the fortune of Bhagavad-gita. Everybody was waiting for the news to come. As the saints performed poojas in the building for days, the people came to have strong faith in the scriptural words in the pamphlets.
The day may finally come. In the evening, people from far and wide flocked to the town. Thousands upon thousands of people flocked to the building in their favorite vehicles. The whole building was crowded with onlookers, curiosities, and visionaries. It was exactly 8 o’clock at night. According to what the saints proclaimed, God was to appear to all at exactly that time. But that did not appear. Half an hour passed. The hour is over. But the apparition did not come to anyone. Then all the people cheered and said to the saints on the stage, Ayya! Has God not yet appeared? When asked, Amahani said in a low voice, referring to the people who were sitting there.
O Mahajans! God must appear. None of what I have declared is untrue. But it is visible only to those who are without sin, so examine your hearts a little. Any sin that is in you will be a hindrance to the vision of God. As long as the mind is sinful, as long as there is no truth, without guidance, the people will recognize the rarity of the vision of God, and from that day onwards they will have unwavering faith in the words of the saint, renounce their sins and practice holiness.
